Angela Grall
Angela began her coaching career in 1986. While
furthering her education in NYC, she continued to coach
while training at the most highly-acclaimed art and
dance schools in the city. Shortly after
performing as a gymnast in a Chinese opera Off Broadway,
Angela married and started a family. Not wanting
to raise her children in New York City, Angela began
working for Cartersville Gymnastics in 1999 with
the developmental and preschool programs. Angela has
been a member of USA gymnastics for most of her
life: first as a gymnast and then as a coach and judge.
Angela is now our Developmental Gymnastics Program

Andrei Kouznetsov
Andrei's career in gymnastics began at age 7 in Russia. During his 14-
year competitive career, Andrei competed and won meets throughout
Europe. As a prize winner at National and International Championships,
Andrei was very successful. When he was attending University, Andrei
began coaching. During the 15 years that Andrei coached in Russia, he
worked at the Gymnastics School of Olympic Reserves and was part of a
team of coaches that taught National Champions.
Since coming to
America in 1996, Andrei has been the head coach for the Boys Program
and coaches the Girls' optionals and higher compulsories. Coach Andrei
has coached his students to success at the local, state, and regional
level, including competitors in the last four USA Gymnastics Junior
Olympic National Championships. Andrei lends his expertise as a clinician
at both boys' and girls' training clinics. He is also a judge for the men's
program. Coach Andrei is the Program Director for both
Tumbling and Gymnastics programs for the City of
Cartersville.
Coach Andrei was recently honored by the Georgia Men's Coaches and Judges Association by being voted COMPULSORY MEN'S COACH OF THE YEAR for the 2009-10 season!
Louiza Kouznetsov
Louiza Kouznetsov started coaching with the Twisters in
1998. During this time she prepared over 50 Compulsory
State Champions. Currently, Louiza is coaching Levels
2-6 focusing on Beam and Floor Exercise events. With
her distinct style and sense for choreography, her gymnasts
stand out with their grace during competitions.
Galyna Losinka
Galyna was born in the Ukraine where she was an elite level gymnast.
In 1974, she graduated from the Moscow State College of Physical Culture
and Sport. With 35 years coaching experience, Galyna coached
Liliya Podkopayeva in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games where Liliya won silver
medals on Floor and Balance Beam and won a gold medal as the Olympic All-Around
Champion!
The State Committee on Sport and Physical Culture awarded Galyna with
the title of "Honorary Coach of the Ukraine". The President of Ukraine
presented her with another title, "Honorary Figure of Physical Culture".
Galyna has worked for Cartersville Gymnastics since June, 2006.
Alexander "Sasha" Stetsenko
Alexander has had a brilliant gymnastics career. Starting in 1979, he
moved to St-Petersburg with his coach to train at the Sport Club “Dinamo”.
He was a member of the USSR Junior National Team from 1985-1989 & the Senior National Team from 1989-1991, where he won multiple Regional, Junior, & International
Championships. He was a member of the 1st place team at the European
Championships where he placed 1st on vault.
In 1990, he received the title of Master of Sports at the International level.
In 1994-1999 while coaching in Poland, his team won the Championships
of Poland along with many of his students who competed on the Senior
National Team.
He has a Masters Degree in Gymnastics from St. Petersburg Lesgaft State
Academy.
Alexander has worked for the City of Cartersville Gymnastics program
since May, 2003.
