Alexander has had a brilliant gymnastics career. Starting in 1979, he
moved to St-Petersburg with his coach to train at the Sport Club “Dinamo”.
USSR Junior National Team from 1985- 1989 & Senior National Team
1989-1991. Winning multiple Regional, Junior & International
Championships. Was a member of the 1st place team at the European
Championships were he Placed 1st on vault.
In 1990 he received the title of Master of Sports at the International level.
In 1994 - 1999 while coaching in Poland, his team won the Championships
of Poland along with many of his students competed on the Senior
National Team.
Has a Masters degree in Gymnastics from ST-Petersburg Lesgaft State
Academy.
Alexander has worked for the City of Cartersville Gymnastics program
since May, 2003.
