| CONTRACT & DEPOSIT: A Birthday Party Contract must be completed and signed prior to the Birthday Party. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be paid at the time you reserve your birthday party date and time. The remaining balance should be paid on or before the Friday prior to your party. You may also pick up your invitations at the time your deposit is paid. COMFIRMATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: The Birthday Party Coordinator will call on or before the Thursday prior to the party for confirmation. Deposits are not refundable due to cancellation and full payment is still required for parties that cancel less than 10 days prior to the party date. PARTY DAYS/TIMES: Birthday Parties will be held on Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday Time Slots Sunday Time Slots 12:00-1:30 1:00-2:30 2:00-3:30 3:00-4:30 4:00-5:30 TIME BREAKDOWN: The first hour will be activities in the gym. The instructor will be in charge of these activities, which include: The Obstacle Course, Pit ball Fun, Parachute Games and swing. The last half hour will be time for refreshments and gift opening. Please remember that it is very important that you arrive on time and remain in the lobby or your birthday party area until your instructor takes you and your guests into the gym. If you or your guests are late, we will still have to follow our time schedule. Our parties are scheduled back to back therefore; time doesn’t permit us to run over your scheduled party time. PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES: The Instructor will go over all gym rules with your group at the beginning of the party. We ask that the parents help reinforce the gym rules by making sure the all the kids stay with the instructor during the gym activities. It is the parent’s responsibility to keep the children in the party area during refreshments and gift opening. The parents will also be responsible for having each child’s guardian sign the waiver form that must be signed by you and all party guests prior to beginning the birthday party. *NOTE* Adults are not permitted on any gym equipment! PARTY SUPPLIES: Paper goods including plates, napkins and spoons will be supplied by Gymnastics Plus. Please feel free to bring any additional decorations if you’d like!! |
